We have 2 lovely, energetic, funny and creative children who need an Au Pair for the Summer and perhaps longer.
The right person should have at least 1 years sole-charge child-minding experience, checkable references and a good standard of written and spoken English. Ideally they should have a good standard of written Spanish to be able to help with homework.
We want to hire someone who wants to stay with us for at least 3months as we get so fond of the lovely people who come to stay with us.
The working hours are:
During term time: From 8am to 11am in the morning and 4.00pm to 7.00 pm in the evening. (This means the person we hire will have free time in the afternoon while the children are at school to attend classes, study, explore London, meet up with friends etc)
During the school holidays: The working days would be longer as we would need our au-pair to cover the whole day. (From 10am to 6pm)
The role involves supervising breakfast, light housework all centered around the children, helping with homework and preparing dinner.
We do not need someone who drives for this role.
To fill this position, you need to be affectionate, lovely, energetic, funny and creative. You also need to be fit and strong too as the children really like playing football and going out on scooters.
We do not need someone whose idea of child-minding is watching hours of TV. We need someone who loves the swimming pool, fresh air and playing sports.
We live in South East London near lots of local parks, indoor and outdoor swimming pools
