Securteam Limited is currently seeking full time and part time/relief caretakers for Schools and Community Sites in North and North West London. The ideal candidate must live within 45 minutes travel distance from NW London.

The successful candidate preferably should hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate. You will need to be able to provide a 5 year checkable work and/or education history along with proof of right to work in the UK.
Duties will also include but not limited to:

Lock and unlock duties
Move furniture/equipment/goods
Carry out regular litter patrols
Completing planned maintenance tasks
Efficient distribution of external deliveries received.
Keep premises, grounds and car park areas tidy.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Be 18 +
experience in a similar role, ideally in an educational sector.
Basic Handyman skills
Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.
Enhanced DBS certificate
5 Year checkable education/work history and references.
Excellent customer service skills
Flexible approach to work
A positive attitude

Job Type: Full time / Part time

Salary: £8.50 - £9.50 hour + paid holidays.
