A part-time caretaker is required for a school in North London to join the existing premises team as soon as possible. Duties will include maintenance, security, porterage and cleaning. The successful candidate should has good communication skills and is good with people as well as being practical, address minor repairs within the building and maintaining standards across the site.
Requirements:
- a good command of English is required
- Work experiences as a caretaker and / or handyman
- Valid Criminal Check (DBS)
- Ability to work as a team;
- References.
Desired skills
- SIA licence
Hours : 15 hour week - Additional hours may be required.
Salary: £8ph
You must have a verifiable 5 year work history, or any schools or colleges attended, or any period of unemployment.
