Caretaker – Immediate start

Monday – Friday
Our client is looking a Senior Caretaker to come in for 2-4 weeks and take on all duties on site. Based in central London, they are looking for an experienced caretaker or anyone that has strong maintenance experience to work Monday – Friday, starting immediately.
The individual will undertake the following duties:

The security of the premises
Undertake routine building and general site maintenance.
The porterage of furniture, equipment and supplies.
Carry out administrative processes relevant to the job.

Requirements for the position:

Immediate availability
Can work Monday – Friday 11am – 7pm
Previous maintenance or caretaker experience.
