What you can expect from us:
Excellent Rates of Pay
Rates for a single client start from around £85 to £110 per day.
This means for a monthly assignment you can earn up to £3080.00.
Rates for a couple start from around £100 to £130 per day.
This means for a monthly assignment you can earn up to £3640.00
Accommodation and Food
During your assignment you will be provided with accommodation and food. Also an internet connection is provided free of use in most clients homes.
Travel
This is capped up to the maximum of the daily rate. I.e if your client is £100.00 per day then you will have up to this amount to get to your client and also to return back home from the client at the end of your assignment.
Training
We can help advise you on subsidized courses that are recognized for the National Occupational Standards for the Social Care Sector.
Fast Track Application Process
We provide a fast track application for Carers with experience, who have an up to date Manual Handling Certificate and a portable DBS (This means you joined the update service when you had your original DBS done).
Carer Incentive/Reward Program
This is for any carer who introduces a friend or other carer to us.
Self Employed Advice
We also provide advice on being self employed and registering with the HMRC. At present Self Employed have the benefit of having a tax-free Personal Allowance. The standard Personal Allowance for Year 6th April 2021 to 5th April 2022 is £11,850 which is the amount of income you don’t have to pay tax on.
Shift and Work Flexibility
You will be able to work what shifts suit you, and who you would like to work with. You are free to accept or decline work from us.

What we expect from you:
Most importantly we want our carers to be empathetic and prepared to be a good listener and companion to our clients. You will preferably have previous experience in caring for clients in their own homes or have nursing experience and/or NVQ qualifications. However, if you are new to care and are able to demonstrate that you have the right qualities we are looking for then we will be happy to hear from you.  You are preferably able to commit to providing regular shifts to provide continuity of care. The ability to drive is advantageous, as is the ability to cook and carry out light domestic housework duties.
