We are looking for part time and local male and female carers to work with my elderly father who has a diagnosis of stroke/dementia and is partially sighted.
You need to be physically strong and fit to help with daily walking exercise and transfers and to work with a main carer as well as having a passion for providing high quality personal, social and domestic care that will help support and maintain his independence.
It would be desirable if you could speak either Urdu, Hindi or Punjabi to ease communication.
To start work immediately from next week *
Monday to Sunday 7.30-8.30pm , weekends 1.30-2.30pm and the possibility of increasing hours in the mornings from 8-9.30am on some days. Flexibility required to cover extra shifts at short notice sometimes. Hours would suit a local carer in Greenford.
Hourly rate starts at £7.20 up to £9.15 depending on experience.
