Carer Support Worker as Soon as Possible for old boy With Special Needs

We are a family looking for an energetic and reliable candidate to provide support and care for our affectionate 11- year-old son. His primary need is his epilepsy, which impacts on his health, and his physical needs.
Ideally you have an interest in special needs and love children.
The role will include:

Assisting with mobility (he can walk but needs help with maintaining balance)
Providing varied activities to maintain engagement (e.g. Arts and craft, physical play, outdoors activities)
Supporting access to planned activities (e.g. Swimming, trampolining, after-school club)
Providing all personal care, including helping with feeding.
Supporting medical needs, including seizure management.
One waking night (or possibly 2 if able)
Sometimes helping with his 5-year-old sister.
Keeping kids areas and clothes tidy and also tidy after activities and food.

The candidate will ideally be:

Energetic, physically fit, friendly and nurturing.
Responsible and reliable
Not afraid of dogs (we have a friendly dog)
Able to provide some weekend hours
Prepared to commit for a minimum of a year.
Speak English fluently

You will:

Be engaged on a self-employed basis and eligible to work in the UK.
Be provided with hands on training by existing team members, parents and an ABA Consultant.
Be trained on a Heath and Safety course and a First Aid course.

Role details:

Working hours: TBC but minimum 1 night and 1 day shift.
Can be full time ( 35 hours +) or part time (20 hours +)
Accommodation: Live out
Start Date: as soon as possible
Rate: £10 per hour / £135 per night (shift from 8pm - 8am)
Location: Close to Finsbury Park/Holloway Road tube stations.
