Carers/PA
We are looking for male and female experienced carers to work with an elderly gentleman in the Greenford UB6 area.
You need to be physically strong and fit as well as have a patient and caring nature with good communication skills and provide high quality personal, social and domestic care that will help support and maintain his independence. It would be highly desirable if you could speak either Urdu, Hindi or Punjabi to ease communication. Any Health and Social Care qualifications and a recent DBS check would be an advantage.
You should:

Have experience with stroke/dementia.
Be self-motivated and proactive with good organisational skills.
Be physically strong and fit to handle transfers and help him walk.
Be able to communicate clearly and respectfully with the client and family.

To start work immediately and work a range of shifts Monday to Sunday:

Mornings, afternoons and evenings covering various shifts which are available from 8am to 8.30pm.
Flexibility to provide emergency and annual leave cover for other team members when necessary.
Happy to take candidates on a self-employed basis.
Possibility of Live in Care for the right female candidate.

Hourly rate starts at £7.20 up to £9.15 depending on experience.
