Job title: Lettings Negotiator
We are looking for a driven and tenacious Lettings Negotiator to join our busy Canary Wharf/East London office.
Main duties:
• Register, qualify and manage applicants in accordance with company set procedures.
• Work pro-actively to ensure all properties are exposed to the maximum number of applicants.
• Arrange, conduct and accompany viewing appointments.
• Negotiate offers and agree sale/let on properties to the performance standards and targets.
• To deliver canvassing material to the local area in accordance with instructions from Line Manager.
• To deliver a consistently high level of customer service.
• Promoting the company brand professionally and effectively
• Working autonomously and as part of a team

Salary:
On Target Earnings £30,000 - £35,000 +
