All our managers were carers with us and were promoted internally so if you stay there will be opportunities in the future
Pay starts at £7.50 for daytime work and £8.00 for waking nights
We pay £33.00 for sleeping nights plus £8.00 every hour you're awake
Pay goes up after six months
Pay can go up sooner if you take on extra responsibilities
