Ashbourne Healthcare Services is a well-established provider of homecare and nursing care in the London and surrounding areas, working with the NHS, local authorities and private clients. We are looking to expand our team by employing a full-time Clinical Care Coordinator to work in our Fulham Broadway office.
You will be involved with the overall running and development of the NHS Client Services and Home Care Services. Your tasks will include the organisation and coordination of the care and nursing team with the support of the care coordinator, bookings team, administrative team and management team. In addition you will be responsible for the setup, management and ongoing review of Care packages and Hospital clients in our service.
You will need to have either a clinical background or experience in management of a similar setting. You will also need strong organisational skills, ability to work under pressure, and an excellent bedside manner. We pride ourselves in providing excellent care and support therefore you will need have an eye for detail and a caring nature.
You will require to have experience of MS Office and previous experience in this environment.
Qualification in nursing or a related field of study is desirable but not essential.
The role is full-time, Monday to Friday and on-call cover is required on a Rota basis.
