JOB DESCRIPTION
Understanding, organising and recording the availability of all new care workers
Assigning Care Workers to customers, whilst working within our standards
Working closely and communicating with a wide range of customers
Organising rotas for care workers on a weekly basis
Inputting contingencies for care worker absences and changes
Working closely and communicating with other members of the team to ensure the highest quality of care
Service:
Accepting, allocating and processing referrals for new work
Accepting and processing changes and amendments to existing care packages
Covering and processing all short term changes to care packages
Keeping records and paper files up to date with changing information
Preparation of reports as required
General office duties

To establish and maintain good working relationships with customers.
To establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues.
To be able to prepare reports as required.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
experience in using CM 2000
Ability to give clear and concise instructions
experience in administration
Logical thought processes
No criminal convictions
Excellent communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent computer skills
experience as a care coordinator
