Care Coordinator Needed in London

Main function of the job:
• To learn the correct method to create and update staff and client folders to ensure it complied with CQC standards.
• To respond to emails from enquiries to requests for information from management and external organization.
• To ensure flow of communication by noting and passing on information pertaining to the relevant department.
• Be able to travel to destinations when required to ensure that the overall completion of duties are fulfilled.
• Feedback and report to management on the progress of tasks.
• Answering the phones and dealing with requests in remit and escalating them to the relevant superior where necessary.
• Maintaining the data integrity of call monitoring system.
• Updating the call monitoring system with relevant information when required.
• Support with covering care shifts
Requirements:
• Must have a strong understanding and reasonable skill usage of Microsoft word applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
• Strong command of the English language – written and oral English must be of a high standard.
• Strong data-entry skills
• Car drivers (preferred)
• Care experience (preferred)
