Ashbourne Healthcare Services is a well established provider of care and nursing personnel in the London and surrounding areas. We are looking to expand our home care team by employing a full-time Care Coordinator to work in our Fulham Broadway office.
Your tasks will include the organisation and coordination of the care team with the support of the clinical nurse coordinator, administrative team and management team.
You will need to have strong organisational skills, ability to work under pressure, and an excellent telephone manner. We pride ourselves in providing excellent community care and support therefore you will need have an eye for detail and a caring nature.
You will require to have experience of MS Office and previous experience in this environment would be an advantage.
The role is full-time, Monday to Friday and oncall cover is required on a Rota basis.
