Surecare Enfield is a Domiciliary Care Agency based in Enfield, North London. We provide care to the Elderly and Disabled throughout North London within our Service Users own homes.
We are currently recruiting for a Care Co-Coordinator- this job entails managing incoming phone calls, liaising with care staff and booking their weekly/fortnightly rotas, liaising with Service Users and their families, assisting with quality assurance and any other duties required by the Registered Manager.
Candidates must be able to thrive within an extremely fast paced and dynamic working environment, be able to perform under pressure and have excellent communication skills.
Candidates with previous experience in Care Co-Ordination/thorough knowledge of Domiciliary Care are highly preferred, although such experience is not absolutely required.
Those who live in or around the Enfield Borough would also be preferred, but again this is not a specific requirement of the role.
