Care Assistant
The Sisters of Mercy in Wanstead is part of a religious community of Sisters of Mercy, part of the Institute of Our Lady of Mercy.
We have an excellent reputation in the provision of care and an exciting opportunity has arisen for the following post from candidates who will uphold our high standards:
Care Assistant
£7.84 - £10.61 per hour (dep on experience )
(25 hours p/w)
Wanstead, London E11
Working as part of a team, you will deliver person centered care in the Convent and ensure that a compassionate and quality service is provided to the Sisters. Whilst ensuring their dignity is respected, you will enable Sisters to remain as independent as possible and assist them to remain an active part of the community.

You will have:
• Minimum NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or be prepared to work towards it
• experience of delivering personalised care for older people
• A good knowledge of the care standards
• experience working within a care environment for older people
