Due to our continued success, we are looking for dynamic Car Rental Agents to join our Park Royal branch.
We are looking for bright, confident team players who are highly driven and self-motivated and who, ideally, have previous sales experience.
The role is customer-oriented and involves both taking inbound calls from customers and making outbound calls to convert initial interest into sales to achieve/exceed regularly set sales targets.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
• dealing with customer enquiries about the availability and cost of vehicles
• taking bookings and explaining the terms of rental or leasing agreements
• completing paperwork with the customer and taking payments
• showing customers to their vehicle and pointing out any Bumps, scrapes or special features
• checking mileage and inspecting for damage when vehicles are returned
• providing ongoing service and sales support and reporting to your manager
To be successful in this position, our new team member will have the following:
• Excellent communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Responsibility and reliability
• Flexibility of working hours (6 day shift work including weekends and public holidays may apply)
• You must hold a full and current UK driver's licence with the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles. International drivers licences will be considered subject to application.
