Garage Attendant / Car Jockey

This role involves providing a first class valet parking and chauffeur service to our members and their guests.

Full-time position:40 hours per week (5 x 8-hour shifts)
Predominantly afternoons and evenings with some early mornings.
Involves working most weekends
£9.60 Per hour / £19,968.00 per annum basic salary plus tips.
Plus ‘Premium Rate’ (10% on top of hourly rate for each hour worked between midnight and 8am)
29 Days annual leave per year including Bank Holidays.

Your key accountabilities include:

Ensuring that cars are parked properly, securely and in accordance with Company procedures.
Providing a professional chauffeur service (10% to 15% of job role)
Being aware of and assessing customer service needs and ensuring they are attended to.
Ensuring that a personable and courteous manner is extended to members and guest at all times.
Reporting any health, safety and fire hazards as per Company procedure.
Working as part of a team

The ideal candidate will have:

Full clean UK driving licence

Professional experience of driving in and around London.

Strong focus on customer service
Aware of the importance of teamwork
Flexibility with regards to shift times and willing and able to work evenings and weekends.
Legal entitlement to work in the UK
