Chef de partie wanted in a lively and bustling gastro pub to join a team of well-trained and high quality chefs in Kentish Town.
The ideal candidate will have at least a years experience in a similar position.
Your main duties will include;
- Assisting the Head chef, Sous chef and pub management team in the day to day running of the kitchen.
- Organise and clean the kitchen to the high standards we desire and follow on a daily basis.
- Have strong knowledge of food safety practices.
- Serve food consistently and to spec
- Work well in a high paced environment
