With an office in the heart of Westminster, 45 employees and eight major products using a variety of media platforms, the business is more focused than ever on raising the awareness of the value of work experience to young people and providing employers with direct access to this audience.To champion their biggest marketing campaign, they are looking for recent graduates who are up for a challenge, love to travel and eager to put their skills into practice. If you're target driven, great with people and ultra-persuasive this is the perfect role for you. You'll be based in their Westminster offices with extensive travel around the UK managing teams of brand managers whilst you deliver Freshers and Careers Fairs over a three month period. The targets are ambitious, the rewards are great and the company perks are even better. What will your role include?The role will involve travelling across the country leading their Freshers and Careers fairs, working with a team of hand-picked fair helpers and promoting the company to students on a nationwide scale. You will be collecting student data via iPad/ iPod touches and raising brand awareness of the website. Alongside a competitive salary, there is also the opportunity to achieve a significant bonus for both individual and team targets. Your ultimate goal is to ensure as many students as possible sign up to the website!What will you be responsible for? * Attending Careers and Freshers' Fairs across the UK promoting the company to students, working to an individual and group target * Booking travel and accommodation for campus events and recruiting and managing a team of Brand Managers for these fairs from a pipeline of students * Moderating their peer-to-peer reviews for the website What experience and skills will you be able to offer them?They need you to: * Be a recent university graduate * Be willing to work the occasional weekend * Be Sociable, confident, enthusiastic, motivated and have a good sense of fun * Have an excellent understanding of the English language (both spoken and written)Type: Temporary, Full Time Salary: £16,000 per annum Benefits: Flexi-time, free breakfast, Perk Box, individual bonuses.
