Where does this role fit in?
ITG is growing! We are currently looking for a bright spark who can help us with the delivery of our award-winning email marketing campaigns. With 3-billion emails, mobile messages, and push notifications delivered last year; and an ever-increasing client base, we're looking for people who can keep up with fast paced work and always have the client's requirements at the forefront of their mind.
We're not looking for specific experience. You'll have an interest in marketing, an appreciation of technology but most importantly an eagerness to learn and kick-start your career within our industry.
You will be responsible for delivering email campaigns for various clients across multiple platforms in a fast-paced working environment. You will be working in a deployment team that will take care of HTML build of email campaigns, QC procedures, testing and full deployment. You will work in collaboration with the studio, eCRM, production and the client service teams to ensure all email campaigns meet the high standards that we work with and go through the full quality control process before deploying to the desired customer base.
You will learn how to:

Manage the email campaigns and sign off process.
Improve performance and efficiencies through reporting and optimisation.
Construct reports to analyse performance and sales data to help identify areas of growth on the specified account.
Liaise between the design team, data team, developers and client.
Understand the creative and technical components of online marketing.
Use email service platforms (ESP)

Show us an ability to understand and appreciate creative and technical components of online marketing.
Relevant computer skills - proficient in using Microsoft Office tools including, Word, Power Point, Excel.
Flexible and able to work in a fast paced, hard working environment and demonstrate commitment to the role.
Able to demonstrate the ability to manage client expectations and to pro-actively resolve client issues when they occur.
Digital experience would be preferable, or knowledge/appreciation of digital/technology through personal interest.
An analytical mind - you can show you have an understanding of data.
