The Larder is an award-winning collection of six unique East London venues, each with a large and growing customer following in their local areas based on our consistent quality of coffee, food and service.
Due to our success and strong reputation we are now expanding and have new venues coming on stream shortly, requiring skilled Baristas to join the teams in Chingford, Walthamstow and East Ham.
We are recruiting experienced Baristas who have mastered the art of relaxed yet professional service and superb coffee quality and will pay £7.75 - £8.50 per hour, dependent on experience.
We are also looking for a super-flexible individual to work as a cover barista, working between all our East London sites to cover staff holidays and other short-term gaps in the Rota, for which we will pay £9.00 per hour.
As a Barista joining the Larder team you will:
- Have at minimum 1 years experience of high quality coffee and milk
- Be comfortable helping out in all aspects of the service when not making coffee
- Have a good manner with customers and get on well with colleagues
- Show a flexible attitude and a willingness to learn more about the industry
- Perform well under pressure without losing sight of the high standards expected
