CCA International has an exciting opportunity for a Call Centre Sales Agent to join their team in London. You will work on a full time permanent basis, and receive £7.50 - £9.50 per hour plus sales commission making your potential earnings £31,814 per annum. We have an opportunity for a team of tenacious sales people to join us on a permanent basis, working for our well known client, BT. CCA International operate as an outsourcer, and this client account is based on site at our offices in South Quay, Canary Wharf. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build a rapport with people you speak to, as you call them to establish their current provider and package details before showing them the product opportunities with BT.
Responsibilities and Duties of our Call Centre Sales Agent:
- Outbound / Inbound calling to promote the products and services of our Clients.
- Positively engage with all contact centre processes and policies.
- Represent the clients brand as well as CCA to the highest possible standard.
- Implement feedback from Team Managers relating to call conduct, quality and compliance adherence as well as other performance areas.
- Understanding of own metrics against current targets as well as positive attitude to improving delivery.
- Use available resources to improve product knowledge with the aim of becoming a product expert.
- Maintain and develop a thorough and up-to-date working knowledge of the Clients services, including procedures, guidance and legislation to deal with customer enquiries.
- Identify, recommend and implement improvements. Keep up to date with sales best practice to improve customer satisfaction.
- Buddy’ with team members to share best practice and provide guidance.
Our successful Call Centre Sales Agent will have the following qualifications and skills:
Essential
- An excellent telephone manner along with the ability to remain calm, work efficiently and follow procedures.
- Educated to GCSE level, possessing at least 5 GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent)
- experience in a previous customer service or sales roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and motivational skills, ability to multitask and work independently.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Confident telephone manner
- experience working within a B2B service or business.
- Ability and comfortable to work with targets (sales and customer satisfaction)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible approach to working hours and location.
Desirable
- Educated to A-Level (or equivalent) level.
- experience working within B2C sales
- Excellent understanding of call centre practices, KPIs etc.
As our Call Centre Sales Agent you will work 40 hours per week between the hours of 11:30am - 8pm, and 12pm - 8:30pm Monday – Friday with some Saturdays as required and receive up to 10 days’ training on client products, clients, and systems. Receiving £7.50 - £9.50 per hour plus sales commission you will also receive 20 days holiday per annum plus bank holiday entitlement and an additional day per year of service up 5 days.
