Call Centre Agent This is a "Calling Card" posting, successful candidates will have their own unique posts created once they have pass the recruitment process.WE ARE LOOKING AT RECRUITING BETWEEN 4-6 P/T MEMBERS OF STAFF FOR THE FOLLOWING SHIFTS:9am-1pm, 1pm-5pm, or 11am-3pm. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT PREVIOUSLY UNSUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES. This is an individual role. Hackney Housing Services Contact Centre requires agents to process calls relating to all elements of Housing and Housing Repairs.The initial duration of the role will be 3 months. Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following traits.1) Dedicated to excellent customer service2) Able to solve problems and resolve issues at the first point of contact3) To take ownership of calls4) To take instructions and learn quickly5) Work in what can be at times a pressured environment6) Pull with the team to deliver excellent results7) Excellent communication skills The Recruitment and Training Process1) An Assessment Day, applicants will come in and undertake a number of tasks as part of a group of applicants.2) If successful at the Assessment Day, we will call them for a phone interview.3) We will then put them through one week’s of training and evaluation. Which will be a week long “Working Interview”.If applicants are deemed not to meet the required standard throughout that week long “Working Interview” their contract will be terminated. Training may be run within normal working hours, but outside of shift pattern listed.
