Call Centre Agent – Immediate Start

North West London

£9 - £11.50 Per hour (Dependent on shifts)

Temporary until Easter (10 weeks)

Our client is looking for individuals that have previous inbound call experience or strong customer service experience to come an assist them for the next 10 weeks handling inbound calls. They are looking for individuals that are immediately available and are able to work 36 + hours a week, which will include weekend work.

Duties:

Handling customer enquires through inbound calls.

Requirements:

Previous call centre experience would be preferably.
Customer service experience
Any inbound call experience
Must be able to be flexible both week days and weekends.

There are three shifts that are on offer, two day shifts and one night shift. If you are looking for day work, you must be flexible to work both from 7am – 3pm and 2:30pm -10:30pm. Night shifts would be from 10pm – 7am.
