The Sherriff Centre at St James Church is looking for a Café Worker to join our team.
The Sherriff centre is a unique and innovative social enterprise which runs a café, post office, children’s soft play and gift shop and is based in an operational church. We operate as a business but our profits fund the work of our charity which runs a free debt advice service.
We are looking for a full time café worker role.
You must have:

Previous experience in a hospitality setting.
Great knowledge of coffee, food and baking.
Excellent understanding of food safety standards and health and safety.
Great standard of spoken English
Excellent customer service
Ability to drive continuous improvement in sales and service.
Ability to work as part of a team and in collaboration with the rest of The Sherriff Centre.
