Villiers All Day Cafe and Wine Bar is looking for a Supervisor to join the team to lead, inspire and manage the evening team.
It is important to have knowledge of cocktails, wine and coffee as well as experience running a busy floor - within your role you will need to over see all these elements as well as being hands on.
You will be working closely with the Owner and Manager to hit targets, keep General Practitioner at a good level and change the menus seasonally.
Open daily from 7am to midnight we offer coffee and breakfast right through to the end of the day dinner, cocktails and wine. We have 50 covers spread over the bar and the dining area.
We are looking for someone:
Minimum of one yea experience in a similar role
A team player who can motivate
Fast on your feet, reliable and dynamic
A strong communicator who excels in customer service
A natural seller who has confidence
£9.00 - 11.00 per hour dependant on experience plus tips
28 days holiday a year
Daily target bonuses
Vital you are able to work evenings.
Villiers is located between Embankment tube and Charing Cross station.
This is a full time, permanent position.
