Cafe on the lane is looking for a superstar cafe team leader. We're a fast-paced friendly family cafe in business for sixteen years, just a short walk from South Woodford tube. At the hub and heart of a thriving local community, our lovely loyal customers really enjoy our celebrated breakfasts, lunches, home made cakes and coffee and our warm relaxing atmosphere.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced person who is passionate about freshness, quality and presentation in our cafe. You will need to deliver consistently high standards from our team and ensure that you and your co-workers perform at their best in a challenging environment. You'll need to be fabulous with staff and customers and know how to take and learn from feedback.
We offer a productivity bonus also equal share of gratuity and tips with barista training on site.
The hours are 33 hrs per week over 4 days with some flexibility.
