Peyton and Byrne is an unabashedly British bakery, drawing on the huge popularity of British baked goods and the re-surgence of craft baking. Peyton and Byrne offers a modern take on much loved British classics.
We are looking for enthusiastic supervisors for our expanding shops and cafés. Whilst we are looking for obsessive foodies, we are equally passionate about the quality the coffee, the temperature of our tea, so if you have the same levels of obsession and the following skills, you should come and see us.
Key roles to include:
• Supervise a busy food shop or café - previous experience in a supervisory role is essential
• Oversee production of our fresh produce on site
• Recruit and train your team to high standards.
• Have a keen attention to detail and merchandising.
• Stock control and rotation
• Strong Understand of Health and Safety
• Computer literate
You must of course be friendly, passionate, outgoing and of course fluent in English.
