This is a full time position with a high profile contract caterer, working five days a week, monday to friday. We are looking for someone who has already had supervisory experience and has a range of skills which can be used in this role. The tasks will include supervising and assisting two general assistants with serving a range of coffees, meals and hospitality, and liasing with the kitchen. Other tasks would include monitoring stock levels, stock taking and ordering stock, they will also have responsibility for training staff. The successful applicant would also have any eye for detail and ensure displays of food are well merchandised and eye catching.
