Ground Coffee Society have pioneered London’s independent cafe scene since 2009 and have a reputation for serving some of the best coffee in town, along with one of the most loved brunch/lunch menus around.

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, detail orientated and energetic individual to join our team as a Cafe Supervisor and be a leader to our team of waiting staff.

This person will need to work with our management team to effectively manage staff and to ensure quality control at all times, so will need to have some management experience.

Specific responsibilities would be:

- Ensuring the quality of every item served is of the highest possible standard.
- Ongoing development and training of current team members.
- Keeping stock levels and stock ordering.
- Ensuring the store is kept clean and tidy at all times.
