We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supervisor to manage a Coffee Shop in North West London.
You will be working with the team to ensure that customers are given prompt and efficient service.
As the supervisor you will be involved in all food preparation, service customers, taking payments and assisting with stock ordering and control.
With customer service at the heart of all you do, you will help to build your team, developing product knowledge and presentation techniques to ensure service levels are to the highest standard. You will also be in charge of food preparation stock control, Food Hygiene and Safety requirements.
As our Cafe Supervisor you will;
•             Have previous experience within catering, ideally coffee shop.
•             Be familiar with the principles of stock management and food preparation.
•             Have excellent customer service and social skills.
•             Be able to manage a team of 2 staff to ensure excellent customer service.
•             Be well organised, able to use initiative and work without close supervision.
This is a permanent and full time position. A degree of flexibility is required to cater to the needs of the shop.
