Searcys are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie, who will support the Executive Chef with the delivery of the retail catering contract at an iconic venue in West London. The contract consists of large events and a retail café/restaurant operation for our guests.
We are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie to join our café and restaurant. We will be offering customers and members a grab and go offer, deli bar, and small cook to order menu which offers seasonal bites and dishes.

As a team of four, it’s really important that the Chef De Partie is confident in working off their own initiative and is able to lead the rest of the team.
You will get bags of variety in this role, as you will be able to support with our events kitchen operation as and when needed, in addition to gaining some invaluable experience as we launch this new and exciting contract.
The ideal candidate will have had experience as a Chef De Partie, from either a B and I site, café, or restaurant operation.
