We are an independent coffee shop by day and a full service late license cocktail bar at night. We offer a selection of speciality coffee, loose leaf teas, organic hot chocolates and fresh blended nutritious smoothies to go with their delicious fresh food incorporating brunch, afternoon tea and evening menu along with a fine selection of home made cakes. Our signature cocktails, great selection of draught and bottled Beers along with a wide range of spirits will keep our customers going late into the night.
With one of the longest opening hours in Surbiton from 8am seven days a week to 2am on Fridays and Saturdays, we can offer coffee first thing in the morning to a night cap late at night in a stylish and welcoming dog friendly environment.
Many of our customers are regulars and are a mix of local residents and local businesses.
We are looking for a friendly, experienced (either at Manager or Assistant Manager level) customer focused Cafe manager.
Job Role:
• Managing Staff and Training Staff
• Recruitment
• Stock ordering
• Maintenance and Cleaning management
• Creating and maintaining Rota
• Occasionally Cashing Up
• Inventing and organising special events and offers
• Working with Kitchen to improve service and product
• Creativity in new Product suggestions
• Health and Safety Requirements
• Input into coffee shop's profitability and finances
