Raw Press is a cold-pressed juice cafe and wellness brand located on Ellis Street in Chelsea.

Our offering comprises a range of cold-pressed organic vegetable and fruit juices, an extensive breakfast menu, a selection of vegan salads and hot options, healthy snacks, coffees and teas. The food is plant-based, with a leaning towards raw foods and superfoods.

The role advertised is for a full time (45 hours / 5 days per week) and committed Manager who is passionate about health, outgoing and works well in a team.

We currently have a position available, and you will be within a great working environment, serving and educating customers, overseeing the staff, as well as ensuring the smooth running of the cafe.

Our stores are not open in the evenings and shifts are usually either 7:30-15:00 or 11-18:30, with one to two double shifts per week. On a practical level you will need to be great with people, able to work the register, re-stock food and drink displays, serve coffees and teas, make several dishes to order such as avocado on toast, smoothies or acai bowls (we have a separate chef on site), keep the place looking clean and presentable, and generally make our customers feel at home!

On top of this, management responsibilities include opening up and closing down the till and cafe, ordering stock, training the other staff in key procedures, monitoring cash management, keeping on top of health and safety procedures and records, cafe maintenance and cleanliness issues, compiling staff rotas and managing personnel issues. In these functions you will be supported by and reporting to the operations manager.

The position pays £24,000 per year and there are very good opportunities for progression within this fast-growing company. Industry experience is preferable but not required.
