Hello!
We are looking for a full-time cafe manager to join our lovely team at our independent cafe in Hackney, serving delicious seasonal vegan dishes, lovely coffees and food and  drinks in the evenings over the weekends.

Competitive rates of pay based on experience (Between 22k up to 24k per year)
Large growth ambitions to bring tasty vegan food to a wider market - there is the opportunity for your role to grow as the business grows.

If that excites you we’d like to speak to you and hear more about your experience, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years experience working in the same role, someone who has also barista experience and can make a good cup of coffee!
We’re looking for people who are:
Creative
Enthusiastic
Hard working
Familiar with a plant-based menu - being vegan helps but isn't essential.
Have barista skills
Clean and tidy
Some of your Responsibilities and Duties:

- Opening/closing procedures of the shop -  including cleaning check lists, products and ingredients list, cakes and food labels.

- Cash reconciliation

- Responsible for creating rotas

- Team Members training
- Provide leadership and inspirational management to the team.

- Manage the staffing structure in line with forecasted revenues.

- Create budget sales and ensure budgeted sales and profits are achieved.

- Oversee the ordering and controlling of stock.

- Deliver consistently exceptional customer service.

- Ensure all legal compliance and food safety standards are met.

- Completing paperwork and sales reports for the owner and the accountant.
