A new client with a brand new café and central London location is looking for a Café manager
Candidates must have the follow experience:-
· Minimum of 5 years / 3 in the industry 2 as a Manger
· Full understanding of all HACCAP procedures ie cleaning schedules
· Writing weekly / monthly rotas
· Direct employee management skills / managing the FOH team
· 3 to 4 full time staff / with 4 to 5 casual staff
· Pay role and costings
· Front of house Stoke take and Stoke rotation daily / weekly
· Working in conjunction with executive chef
· Café hours are 7.00am till 18.30 7 days a week
· The Manger will work a 40 hr week 5 days a week (opposite assistant manager) (with exception of Christmas festive season hours maybe longer).
· End of year bonuses are discretionary
· Some sales experience is needed, forward thinking, customer service orientated and understanding as you will be client facing
· Cashier computer experience
· Barista experience
· Food and food products will be high-end and of high quality, fresh produce and market
· trendy with British, European, Mediterranean flavours and style
· Training staff on systems
This role is ideal for someone who works well under pressure, a real team player, someone with great management skills with the foresight to move into an area manager role in the future with multiple sites opening.
