Busy daytime canteen in Shoreditch is in need of a new general manager. Industrial space with a focus on specialty coffee and fresh, ingredient led food is looking for a new legend to lead our team. The role entails you to not only manage the cafe and it's daily operations, but also look after staff needs and cafe maintenance and be able to multitask while staying organised with the administration side of the role. Key communication with the head chef and other staff is essential. Applicant must have plenty of hospitality and customer service experience, remain calm under pressure, have good organisational skills and a good understanding of back of house operations.
Managerial experience necessary.
Other part time positions also available for floor. Weekend availability a must, experienced floor staff only. Must remain calm in busy service situations, be eager to learn and willing to take direction.
