We are currently looking for an Experienced Deli Head Chef to work in our small and busy kitchen.
We hold a very high reputation for our Breakfast, Lunch and Afternoon Tea and you will be solely responsible for producing this and keeping our standards high and ideas new and fresh.
You must be enthusiastic, professional and passionate about food.
Food creativity with a keen eye on food presentation is essential.
An understanding of current food trends served in deli bars and cafes is essential.
A passion for creating nutritional and seasonal salads/soups/quiches.
Strong time management and organisational skills are crucial for this role.
You must be fluent in oral and written English.
You must have a high level of personal hygiene and appearance.
You must be able to multi tasking and work well under pressure.
You must be comfortable working alone and be self motivated. Chef works alone with KP.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
