We are looking for a Chef/barista to join our team - we are a coffee shop specialising in delicious food, coffee and we have 15 cat residents.
The individual must have experience working in a kitchen, particularly a busy, trendy cafe kitchen.
Must have experience working as a Barista with kitchen duties - latte art is not a must but would be ideal.
Must have an understanding of Level 2 Health and Safety and Food Handling procedures.
The ideal candidate will also have a good knowledge of food, dining and eating out and have a good palate.
You must be hardworking, efficient and able to complete your own workload in an organised and clean/tidy fashion.
Duties include
- Stock rotation
- Able to replicate dishes
- Kitchen prep
- Kitchen clean
- Barista duties
- Stock ordering
