The De Beauvoir Deli will be opening a cafe/bar this August at a brand new creative work space, just walking distance from the site of our shop and kitchen in Hackney N1. The building will be home to around 30 creative businesses and the cafe will cater breakfast, lunch and bar service to tenants only.
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to work under the General Manager in the smooth running of the cafe, 5 days a week (M-F). The role will involve managing a small team, placing orders, admin duties as well as customer service, drinks-making and some basic food preparation.
Candidates should have a minimum 1 years experience in a similar position, barista trained, with a positive, flexible, can-do attitude. The successful applicant be a lover of food, drink and people.
