The Block Cafe is a cafe on the border of Hackney and Islington, open Monday to Friday. The position will start from September 23rd.
We are looking for either one full-time or two part time members of staff to join our front-of-house team in a fun and varied role serving customers.  This includes coffee-making, prepping wraps, light cooking, till operation and general cafe duties.
We are part of a purpose built office block so we only operate during business hours, so free weekends and bank holidays. On occasion you may be require to work an evening or weekend event, but in general its a five day week.
Applicants should have customer service experience and a keen interest in food and drink. Barista experience would be an advantage.
