£25k - £29k depending on experience
At Mimosa we make some of the London’s tastiest freshly prepared homemade meals; all from our counters in Herne Hill, Vauxhall and Kennington. We are family run and Mimosa is a welcoming and friendly local environment to enjoy a freshly made Cappuccino and delicious patisserie or snack; eat in the cafe or in our outdoor patio.

Management experience
- This role has 10 direct reports so management experience is a must
experience of a busy operation
- This café is extremely busy so we need someone who can multitask and focus on the customer
A great Team leader
- Progressing our team is really important to us. An ability to train and motivate

Computer literate
- Our weekly operations meeting require planning and analysis on a few different computer systems.
Health and safety awareness
- Our shop is on show to the customer and high standards of cleaning, tidiness and presentation are important
