Alex Findlater Ltd is a busy West London contractor specialising in high-end residential projects and bespoke joinery. We are looking for enthusiastic and highly organised CAD Technician/ Office and Project Administrator to join our small and hard-working team.
Responsibilities include:
• Produce architectural and joinery drawings using AutoCAD. Knowledge of SketchUp and PhotoShop is desirable
• Assist Managing Director in setting up meetings, collating data, responding to queries, issuing quotes and invoices
• Assist Managing Director to prepare program of works and tender submissions
• Manage the contact database, update project data, set up and manage project folders and other project related information.
• Assist Project Manager in purchasing materials and liaising with suppliers
• Prepare Operation and Maintenance Manuals
• Prepare subcontractor weekly wages, pay due invoices as per agreed terms
• Make sure all insurances and licences, including vehicle insurances and MOTs are valid
• Maintaining supplies if office stationery and equipment
