We are looking for a Competent Architectural CAD technician/Draughtsman to work 2-3 days in a week in hourly basis.

We are very small architectural company based in south east London, involving in technical drawings for full Planning Permission, Building Regulation, Extension, Loft conversion, Flat conversion etc.

You will be responsible for the preparation of essential CAD drawings and documentation for Building Regulations and Planning approval. Preparing working drawings, layouts and other details required in AutoCAD 2D.

***A current working knowledge of UK Building regulations for residential properties essential.

Duties:

· Measuring the existing properties enabling to produce technical drawings.

. Preparation of essential CAD drawings and documentation for Building Regulations and Planning approval.

· Filling up the council planning/building control application forms.

· To respond to any customer enquiries to ensure their satisfaction.

· Ability to use Ms office

· Numeracy skills

· Understand the disciplines of customer care.

· Maintain and update customer details
