Responsibilities of the Goods Receiver :

Unload and inspect all goods delivered, ensuring each item is free of damage and within date.
Store all good correctly following health and safety and food safety standards.
Accurate use of stock rotation proced Continueures.
Ensure goods received matched goods ordered at quantity and price.
Process paperwork correctly and update stock management system.
Report any issues to management in a timely manner.
Assist the FOH and BOH teams in the running of the restaurant.
