Role: Butler/Chauffeur

Salary: £45,000 -£55,000 (doe)

Seeking a Butler/Chauffeur for an UHNW Couple in Knightsbridge on a full-time basis.
The role is based on a five day Rota, which may include weekends depending on the schedule of the family. The days of work will vary and flexibility to work weekends is essential. When the Principals are in residence you may be requested to work additional hours, which will be compensated by time off in lieu. There will be a lot of down time when the Principals are away.
You will receive 28 days holiday per year, inclusive of bank holidays.
The ideal candidate will be professional and service orientated with a team player attitude and flexible approach.
The ideal candidate for this position will be professional and a team player, and have proven experience working within a fully staffed private residence as a Butler for a HNW family. The household is formally run, so experience in dealing with UHNW individuals and working within a professional team is essential. The role is 90% front of house service duties with 10% driving. You will have Butler service experience along with experience driving HNW clients in previous positions. Knowledge of maintaining and experience of driving luxury vehicles is essential.

The duties for the role will include;

Working as a team with other household staff.
Formal and informal food and beverage service.
Receiving guests to the property
Organising events within the household
Valet duties
Packing and unpacking for travel
Driving the Principals to and from appointments/social engagements.
Fully responsible for the maintenance of the two vehicles.
Ensuring congestion charge has been paid
Maintaining and polishing the vehicles
Airport drop offs and collections
Assisting with luggage
Maintaining strict client confidentiality at all times due to the nature of work.

To be considered for this role you must;

Have previous experience working as a Butler within a private household.
Have previous experience driving Principals and maintaining luxury vehicles.
Be eligible to work in the UK
Have excellent contactable references
Possess (or be willing to get) an up to date DBS check.
Possess a full clean UK driving license
