We are looking for a butchery manager to come on board at our exciting new butcher, deli and grill near Marble Arch.
The ideal candidate will have a number of years experience in the butcher trade, (preferably with restaurant experience) show ability and understanding of ordering and managing stock, be good with numbers and finances, be comfortable with whole carcass beef, lamb and pork butchery as well as having a pride, enthusiasm and flair for butchery and an understanding of cooking.
They will be leading a small team of staff and so need excellent time and people management and show an aptitude for leadership and good interpersonal skills.
An emphasis on the highest of standards in hygiene, meat preparation, running of the shop and polite and helpful customer service is a must. This is very much a role you can make your own, leading from the front, offering ideas and being involved in an exciting project from the very beginning.
