The Butchers Block is a busy butchers in Peckham supplying hotels and restaurants with meat produce.
We require two butchers to join our busy, friendly team. Early morning starts.
Duties include;

Supervising our apprentice butchers
Butchering all cuts of meat from the whole carcass.
Using our machinery
Preparing orders for our clients as per their instructions.
Speed Boning chicken
Packing and labelling orders
Working to the HACCP principles
Being part of our team, working with staff across all areas of our company.
