We are a busy Print shop based in Kensington. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills. Duties to include dealing with client queries both in the shop and over the phone, the role would involve estimating orders and supplying quotations. A knowledge of
Apple Mac software, digital printing and digital machines would be an advantage. As part of the role, you would be required to advise and help clients with their requirements, such as photocopying, scanning etc.
The position is a full time, permanent one with working hours Monday to Friday, 9am until 5.30pm. Please reply with a covering letter and CV.
